We have exciting opportunities for PART TIME Administrator. This is your opportunity to
join our dedicated team. Newpath Ventures is a wholly owned subsidiary of Life Path Trust
Ltd. It comprises of the Four Seasons Function Room, Kings Hill Nursery and supported
employment for adults with learning disabilities.
The role of Administrator is to work alongside and provide administrative support to the Nursery and
Four Seasons Function room teams. The role will be responsible for helping to ensure the smooth
running of the office and company processes.
Job role:
• To prepare daily cash floats for the Nursery shop and function room
• Take general phone enquiries for all aspects of the business
• Provide administration support for the General Manager
• Day to day administration duties
• Liaise with Cook & Function room Co-ordinator on booking enquiries
• Office supply ordering
• Garden Club administration
• Assist with producing the monthly newsletter
• Organise craft fair bookings for the nursery
• Support function room events as and when needed
